Off to a good start but why only a 4 star?

Only a 4 star as it's early days with the jeans but so far I've found them to be comfortable to wear but being honest if I'd larger thighs then they might prove a bit of a squeeze. Also (my own fault for not reading the small booklet that came with the jeans) once I found the adjustment facility for the knee padding within the knee section they became a lot easier & comfortable to wear both on the bike and also walk about in. Just returned from a weeks trip to the manx gp and this gave the jeans a good workout in both weather ability and riding comfort and have to admit they've won me over on both fronts, (warm enough when needed and held off a few "light" showers when required to- wasn't brave enough to try them out in the heavier showers , sorry). I've also regularly worn the kevlar lined type jeans before and must admit these are a definite positive upgrade to wear, also nice that the protection is up to AA (not that I hope to try it put to the test any time soon or in the future for that matter)
Wife also bought a pair (in black) and again same feedback on comfort and the softer but upgraded padding helps in the comfort department. We ordered the wrong size for her but as usual Paul at Fat Skeleton's easy return/exchange policy came to the fore and an easy and quick turn around to the correct size was put in place.
