Mechanical Laughter Skull
This menacing steampunk skull has large empty eye sockets and a bright metallic nose in a deadly shade of red.
The carved outline of the stage make up makes it look as though there are large scars from its forehead to cheekbones and beneath a wide pair of ruby red lips, a set of sharpened teeth protrudes.
