Delivery & Returns Policy
SHIPPING: Under normal circumstances, items ordered will be despatched the day after they have been ordered, and will be sent by a tracked service (Royal Mail or UPS). A tracking number will be emailed once the order is scheduled for despatch.
On the odd occasion where we are awaiting new stock this process may be delayed by several days, in which case we will contact you updates & estimated despatch times.
RETURNS: Because we greatly discount the actual shipping rates we charge customers, we are unable to offer a free returns service so customers are responsible the cost of returning any items to Fat Skeleton*
Returns Policy
Exchanges. In the event that you ordered an incorrect size or the item doesn't meet your expectations, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge once the original item has been returned to us.
We enclose a returns slip with all orders.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when making returns as the. delivery service provider you chose is responsible for this part of the transaction & we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Non Sale Items. You have 30 working days following the delivery of your order to change your mind & return it for an exchange or full item price refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging with all tags etc still on the item
If you change you mind about a purchase and return it for a refund, then you are responsible for your return costs & we will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the return as per the 2014 Consumer Rights Act.
Sale Items. For purchases made on sale items, returns will be accepted within 14 days from the purchase date for exchanges or store credit, rather than a refund.
Under the 'Diminished Value' of the Distance Selling Regulations customers have a duty of care in returning items to on-line sellers which they wish to be refunded.
Any items returned with post / address labels stuck onto the manufacturers boxes will be deducted 20% Diminished Value total from their refund.
