Delivery & Returns Policy
Under normal circumstances, items ordered will be despatched on the day following the day after they have been ordered, and when sent by a tracked service (Royal Mail or UPS) a tracking number will be emailed once the order is scheduled for despatch.
On the odd occasion where we are awaiting new stock this process may be delayed by several days, in which case we will contact you updates& estimated despatch times
You have a full 365 working days (yes, that's right, a whole year) following the delivery of your order to change your mind & return it for a full item price refund.
The item must of course be unworn & unused, in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
We enclose a returns slip with all orders.
If any product you purchase from us is faulty we will happily exchange it providing it is returned wrapped, in its original packaging & with original tags in unworn condition to us within 365 days and we will replace or refund your money to cover your return postage to ourselves.
If you change you mind about a purchase and return it for a refund, then you are responsible for your return costs
We will acknowledge your returned item, please allow up to 7 working days for your funds to be returned to the method of payment used in the purchase.
