I have ordered online in the past but the quality of those goods do not come anywhere near to the quality of everything I have bought from Fat Skeleton.
The customer service is polite, quick and fantastic. I placed my order, paid and received the confirmation email, the next day I received a refund (puzzling) then an email advising me one of the T-shirts I had ordered was out of stock. I simply ordered another one. My point, I was refunded my money before receiving an explanation and apology from Paul.
