I ordered XXl as recommended for my chest size but expected it to be tight over my beer barrel. It wasn't. The fit is great and this cut looks good on me (teen daughter's opinion so highly critical) whether half done up or all the way. The poppers over my gut don't fly open when I exhale or jump on my Road King which means I can leave the zip if I want extra ventilation. That is a real bonus for us Ale Appreciators!
It is comfortable both on and off the road being into Skulls and Celtic stuff, the lining is a lovely extra.
Talking about the lining: not sure this is mentioned in the description but there is a zip at the bottom of the tail which allows your Old Lady to access the interior to sew or embroider you jacket without having to unpick the lining. The 'Mericans do cuts right. Talking of which, my only mild gripe is that the zip handle is on the left but it is a minor issue and doesn't detract from the pleasure of wearing this.
In the UK I don't conceal carry but those larger pockets are great for extra's you may wish to carry.
"Don't forget mummy's cheese and Tomato sandwich, Malcom!"
Finally, the Shades slot on the left breat pocket is inspired. No more tucking them in the neck of your shirt and smearing neck sweat on the lenses when you look down.
