IMPORTANT – HOW REACTALITE LENSES WORK

The lenses darken in response to UV light from the sun.

Most modern car windscreens filter out much of the UV needed to activate photochromic lenses, so the glasses may remain clear or only darken slightly when worn inside a car.

The same applies when they're worn behind a motorcycle helmet visor that incorporates a UV filter.

For the strongest darkening effect, the lenses need direct exposure to UV light.
